As a dealer in most of the air-conditioners brand in Malaysia and with a group of experienced technician (more than 10 members), RACESB not only providing maintenance service, also as a strong backup to project division in problem solving scheduled maintenance upon handover of project. Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) system is an air conditioning system which able to control the amount of refrigerant flowing to the multiple indoor units, enabling the use of many evaporators of differing capacities and configurations connected to a single condensing unit. This arrangement can provides an individualized comfort control, simultaneous heating and cooling in different zones.

Energy savings of up to 55% are predicted over comparable unitary equipment.
